If life is on a continuum, rather than linear, than "past lives" is really a misnomer, isn't it? When we begin to view life as multi-dimensional and happening simultaneously everywhere, we can begin to get a bigger picture and that ultimately brings our own lives into focus.

Sometimes people come in here with residual trauma from "past lives." This is where regression therapy is very helpful. If you begin to understand these things as "lessons" and "opportunities" rather than trauma, you then have a platform for forward moving energy. No need to be stuck.
