The Meditation Basket is a beautiful, reusable 10" lined basket. Beginner to experienced meditator will find the "Journeys" on the last track of each CD healing and refreshing!

Don't have time or inclination to meditate? Do you have time to pop a CD in and listen to music? These are set up to work automatically and vibrationally, to bring your etheric bodies together. They are not subliminal, but rather, vibrational. You absorb by just listening. Your chakras open and come into alignment just by listening. And if you do find you have time for meditating, the guided fantasies on the last track of each CD are approximately 15 minutes each.
